We Are Setting the Course for the Future: New Management Board
|
Dear Reader,
Thermokon has been continuously evolving for almost four decades. This is also reflected in the trust shown by our customers and partners, as well as by our employees who have loyally accompanied us from the very beginning and lead to where we are today.
One of them is 35-year-old Cornelius Berns (M.Sc.). As Global Head of Sales since 2020, he has been shaping Thermokon’s worldwide market presence for years. Starting January 2026, Mr. Berns will become a Member of the Management Board. Together with company founder Harald Zygan, he will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Support.
Konstantin Zygan, 34 years old, Master of Finance and son of the company founder, will join the family business in January 2026 after ten years with a Frankfurt-based consulting firm. As part of the Management Board, he will be responsible for Finance, Controlling and Human Resources.
Managing Director Jörg Teichmann will continue to lead R&D, Procurement, Production and selected Key Customers.
With this restructuring, Thermokon is setting the course for a continued solid and future-oriented corporate development.

Thermokon’s current Head of Sales Germany, Timon Deisel, will be taking over the Sales responsibility for the DACH region. With Germany, Austria and Switzerland under one leadership, we are certain that this reorganisation will strengthen relationships with customers across the DACH market.
Similar requirements for our products and solutions in these three countries further enable a more focused approach to addressing our customers' product needs in our home markets. | | | |
